How we work, step by step

  1. Tell us your situation, in English

    Through the form or a first consultation. We review fit, deadlines and documentation, and tell you clearly whether we can help.

  2. Written scope and quote

    What we will do, what is excluded, what it costs and by when — in writing. Nothing starts without your acceptance.

  3. Remote execution

    Your lawyer works the matter while you follow everything through the client portal: requests, documents, messages and progress.

  4. Closing report in English

    When the work finishes, you receive the documented outcome and what to watch next, explained in clear English.

What we need from you

  • A description of your situation and what you want to achieve
  • Any contracts, deeds, notices or correspondence you already have
  • Your identification documents and Spanish NIE, if you have one
  • Details of deadlines or notices with their reception dates
  • Contact details of your advisers back home, if coordination is needed

Fees

Known in advance, confirmed in writing

One-off services have fixed or published starting prices; ongoing support is a monthly plan; litigation is always quoted separately, phase by phase. External costs — notary, registry, experts, court agents — are never included unless expressly stated and are detailed in each quote.

A 30-minute consultation costs €90 and a 60-minute consultation costs €175, VAT included — often the most efficient way to scope a matter before any engagement.

Fees are always confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.

I live abroad. Can you really handle my Spanish legal matters remotely?

Yes. Most of our work with non-resident clients is fully remote: video calls, a private client portal for documents and requests, and electronic signatures where the law allows them. When a matter requires physical presence — a notarial act, for instance — we plan it in advance and, where possible, act through a power of attorney.

What kinds of matters do you handle for non-residents?

Property and rentals, inheritances with assets in Spain, contracts, claims and disputes, and ongoing personal legal support. If your matter falls outside our scope — for example, visas or residence permits — we tell you plainly and point you to a trusted specialist: immigration matters are handled by external professionals we can recommend.

How do I know what something will cost before committing?

Our starting prices are published and every engagement begins with a written quote: scope, exclusions, cost and timing. The initial assessment through our form is free, and a fixed-price consultation is often the best way to scope a matter before deciding anything.

Do you work with my advisers back home?

Yes, and it usually works best that way. We coordinate with your tax adviser, notary or lawyer in your home country on the Spanish side of the matter, keeping each professional within their own jurisdiction.

What if my matter is urgent?

Tell us from the start and mark the urgency option in the form. Matters with deadlines under three working days require our express acceptance; we will tell you quickly whether we can take it on and on what terms.
